Flotation Separator Working Principle:
When it works, the impeller will get moved by the motor through the vee belt to produce centrifugal effect. The centrifugal effect will transform into negative pressure which not only inhales enough air to mix with mineral pulp, but also stirs pump and agentia combination. At the same time, it refines the froth to the particular degree which is available for the pulp attaching. When the froth covered by pulp floats on the surface, it will be removed by the scraper blade.
